Portrait Session With My Daughter

-- Brian

Like many other parents, one of our struggles is to have our kids willingly pose in front of a camera. But last night, to my surprise, my daughter agreed to have her photo taken. Without wasting any time, I quickly set up a couple of lights and have her smiling in front of my lens in no time.

For this quick set up, I just used a 120cm softbox as my key light, a reflector, and another light just behind her to fill in the shadows on her left.

And here's the result, I'm glad that she's happy with it. Excuse the fringe though, let's just say my wife needs more practice cutting it straight.
