Where are you based and do you travel?
We’re based in Auckland and yes, we love to travel. If your session is outside Auckland, we’re happy to come to you. A travel fee may apply depending on the location, and we’ll always confirm this with you upfront.
When will we get our photos?
You’ll receive your private online gallery within 1 week (often sooner, depending on the season). From there you can download your images, share the gallery link with family and friends, and choose favourites.
How many pictures will we receive?
You’ll receive at least 50 fully edited, full resolution images, delivered in high quality and ready for printing or sharing.
Can we have a copy of the RAW files?
We don’t provide RAW files. RAW images are unfinished, and editing is a big part of what you’re hiring us for, it’s where the final look, colour, and polish come together. You’ll receive a curated set of fully edited, high resolution images that reflect our signature style.
What are your terms of payment?
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is split into two payments: 40% due one week before your session, and the final 40% due the day before your photoshoot.
Can we order prints and album?
Yes. We offer museum quality, archival grade prints designed to last for decades without fading. They cost more than standard mall prints, but the difference in colour, detail, and longevity is huge. Print and album pricing is available on request once your gallery is delivered.
