FAQ

Where are you based and do you travel?

We’re based in Auckland, and yes, we love to travel. If your wedding is outside Auckland, we’re happy to come to you. A travel fee may apply depending on the location, and we’ll always confirm this with you upfront.

When will we get our photos?

You’ll receive your full online gallery within 6 weeks (often sooner, depending on the season). Your gallery makes it easy to download your images, share the link with family and friends, and choose favourites.

Do you do wedding videos?

We don’t offer full videography ourselves, but we work closely with a small group of trusted professional videographers and can recommend someone who fits your style.

If you book Package Three, you’ll also receive a complimentary short highlight film made from key moments throughout your day, a beautifully edited cinematic keepsake that pairs perfectly with your photos.

Can we have a copy of the RAW files?

We don’t provide RAW files. RAW images are unfinished, like unbaked ingredients, and editing is a big part of our creative process and final look. What you receive is a fully curated and professionally edited gallery that reflects our signature style.

What are your terms of payment?

We require 20% deposit to secure your booking. After the initial payment, we can then meet to have your engagement shoot. A month before your wedding day, we'll be requiring the other 40%. The final 40% will be due on the day before your wedding.

Can we order prints and album?

Yes. Our prints are museum quality, archival grade and will surely last a lifetime or two without fading. They are a bit more expensive than what you'll get when you print your pictures in the mall, but their quality speaks for itself. Albums and print prices are available upon request once your images are ready.

How much for an engagement photoshoot?

Our engagement sessions are $500 and include a relaxed two-hour outdoor experience with a minimum of 50 beautifully edited, high-resolution images.

Couples booking Package One or Package Two enjoy a preferred rate of $400 as part of their wedding experience.

And for those choosing Package Three, your engagement session is entirely complimentary — a luxurious added touch designed to help us connect, refine your vision, and make you feel effortlessly confident in front of the camera before your wedding day.
